"Coming back after a long break, I don't think we looked too bad offensively," Reed City coach Brian Koopman said. "Defensively, we didn't rotate well. Overall, I thought we played hard." Reed City was scheduled to play at Tri County on Tuesday in conference action. The Coyotes then tip off a critical three-game homestand with games on Friday against Chippewa Hills, on Jan. 16 against Big Rapids and on Jan. 19 against Central Montcalm.
