REED CITY — Jordyn Storch’s junior season is developing into a strong one for Reed City’s girls basketball team

“Everything,” has been her role, Storch said. “I’m a defensive player. I try to deny the person the ball.”

Storch has been among the top contributors for Reed City in recent games.

She’s made a “lot of progress” but still has a ways to go, Storch commented.

She’s been on the varsity volleyball team since her freshman season but made her varsity debut as a junior

The layup is her best shot, Storch indicated.

She wants to improve on her outside shooting.

“You have to follow through,” Storch said.

Reed City is 6-6 overall and hosts Fremont on Friday.

“I think we’re coming along and playing more as a team,” Storch said.
