Zagacki clocked the course in 16:26 in the Division 3 regional Saturday at Benzie Central.
“He had a real good race,” said Reed City coach Brad Smith.

The top 30 place finishers in each division qualify for the state finals.
The top 30 finishers earn a medal, Smith noted.
“He’s been improving,” Smith said “I’d like to see him in the low 16s. You never know when you get into that kind of competition.”
