“We had some great times today," Reed City coach Rich Saladin said. "There were lots of personal and seasonal records. It’s hard to finish one spot out of sending a team to state. Both boys and girls were fourth overall.  I am really happy for our six individual qualifiers. Nora has been amazing all year. Clara has had an extraordinary freshman year. Paige is a senior and going for the first time. She has worked so hard. She ran with a lot of guts (Saturday) to get the job done.”

“The boys ran great. Kudos to Hart, Benzie, and Manton.  Our top 5 all had personal records or seaonal records. Anthony and Ryan are returning to state and Gus is going as a freshman. Ty and Mason both had PRs. I am proud of them.

“This is the most we’ve had qualify. We are looking to have a great time at MIS next weekend.”
