REED CITY – The track and field seasons ended at the state finals at various locations on Saturday.
Three local schools had athletes competing and Pine River was the only one to score points. To score and earn all-state status, it was necessary to place in the top eight.

Blake Daggy was 12th in the 110 meter hurdles (16.58)
Pine River
Lynnesia Belvin was eighth in the 200 meters (26.39). Belvin was on the 4x400 relay team with Jersey Johnson, Hailey Wanstead and Ellie Rigling (4:16.71) which was ninth. Lillian Pylman was 18th in the discus (92-5).
Evart
Andrew Booher, Bryant Calderon, Dakobe White and Marcel White qualified in the 2x400 relay but did not place.
