Reed City 11\/25 Officers investigated a larceny of text books at the School. A suspect has been identified and the matter is under investigation. 11\/27 Officers were called to West Upton Avenue at Chestnut Street for a two-vehicle traffic crash. There were no injuries and only minor damage. The at-fault driver was cited for failing to stop in a clear assured distance. Officers on patrol observed a vehicle back into a parked vehicle in City Parking Lot A. Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle who was intoxicated. The driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated and lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. 11\/28 Officers arrested a subject that had an outstanding warrant for armed robbery and unlawful imprisonment. The subject was lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident. 11\/29 Officers responded to an apartment complex for a malicious destruction of property complaint. The complainant reported that someone had broken off the side view mirrors and windshield wipers to her vehicle. A report was completed and the matter is under investigation. Officers responded to a business for an alarm activation with the Reed City Fire Department. Upon arrival it was determined to be a false alarm. Officers located a subject that had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. The subject was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident. 12\/01 Officers on patrol located a suspicious vehicle with its engine running in the parking lot of a closed factory. Officers made contact with the occupant who had pulled over to clean up a spill in his vehicle. Officers were called to a residence for a domestic assault and violation of a Personal Protection Order. Through investigation it was determined that the incident occurred in Bitely, Mich. The complaint was turned over to the Michigan State Police.
