Evart 1\/13 An officer was dispatched to a disorderly persons complaint at a local business. The subjects were asked to leave and a no trespass order was issued. 1\/15 An officer was dispatched to a disturbance at a residence. During the investigation it was determined a physical altercation had occurred between two subjects. The case was turned over to the prosecuting attorney for review of charges. An officer was dispatched to a private property damage accident that involved a snowmobile. An officer was dispatched to a residence for a noise complaint. Reed City 1\/12 Officers responded to a local residence to assist a parole officer. A 24-year-old male was\u00a0taken into custody without incident and lodged at the Osceola County Jail. 1\/14 Officers were called to a local business in reference to two disorderly males. Upon\u00a0contact it was determined to be a misunderstanding between the two males. The were given a\u00a0warning for their behavior without further incident. Officers were requested to assist with a complaint of illegal dumping at the Osceola County\u00a0Recycle. An individual has dropped off garbage with the recycling numerous times. Officers were\u00a0requested to make contact with the individual and warn them that only recycling is accepted. 1\/15 Officers responded to a two-car accident. One driver was issued a citation for failing to\u00a0yield from a private drive. No injuries were reported. Officers were called to a local business for the larceny of gasoline. The individual has since\u00a0returned and paid. No charges will be sought. Officers were called to a local business for a disorderly male. The situation was handled and no\u00a0charges are being sought at this time. 1\/16 Officers received a anonymous tip in reference to illegal drug activity. The matter is still\u00a0under investigation. 1\/17 Officers responded to a loud music complainant in which the volume was great\u00a0enough to be in violation of city ordinance regarding the music from a motor vehicle and was\u00a0audible at a distance well beyond the 50-foot limit. The individual was issued a citation and the matter\u00a0is closed. Officers responded to a complaint of unauthorized use of a ATM card. The matter is still under\u00a0investigation. Officers observed a vehicle being operated in a dangerous manner. A subsequent traffic stop led\u00a0to the arrest of a 52-year-old male for operating while intoxicated first offence, transferring open\u00a0alcohol in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana. The matter is closed pending arraignment\u00a0in court. 1\/19 Officers responded to a local residence in reference to loud music complaint. The caller\u00a0did not wish to file a formal complaint and the home owner was issued a warning.
