REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Todd Joseph Olin, 47, of Comstock Park, pleaded guilty to allowing a person with a suspended license to drive. He is sentenced to five days in jail. He is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail.
  • Timothy Dean Eisenga, 21, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to furnishing tobacco to minors. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. His sentence is delayed for six months.
  • David Kipp Monaghan, 40, of Evart, pleaded guilty to allowing a person with a suspended license to drive. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Calahan Praise Sluiter, 29, of McBain, pleaded guilty to improper transportation of medical marijuana. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • William Tyrone Smith, 59, of Luther, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
  • Timothy Todd Booher, 26, of Lapaz, Ind., pleaded guilty to transporting an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Kathleen Regina Bailey, 64, of Harrison, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. She must complete 40 hours of community service as part of her sentence. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Abdulrahman Dugayman Almutari, 25, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He must complete 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Justin Tyler Hamlet, 28, of Evart, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He must complete 80 hours of community service as part of his sentence. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Mary Susan Dyer, 20, of Barryton, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She must complete 20 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Joshua Mark Davenport, 35, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He must complete 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Jessie Lee-Eric Vanderlinde, 34, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 30 days plus Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years.
  • Michael Alan Gagarin, 43, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is sentenced to time served. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
