REED CITY — The following cases were heard recently in Osceola County's 77th District Court. All cases may not be reported.
• Jason Allen Beebe, 31, of Marion, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly. He was sentenced to one day in jail and given credit for serving one day. Beebe must pay fines and court fees.
• Calvin Matthew Randall, 29, of Marion, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, jostling. He was sentenced to 50 days in jail and given credit for serving 26 days. Randall must pay fines and court fees.
• Marshall Owen Dillon, 29, of Luther, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property and entering a property without permission. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail and given credit for serving 29 days, to be held in abeyance. Dillon must pay fines and court fees.
• Mark Alan Hellenthal, 30, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted reckless use of a firearm. He was sentenced to one day in jail and given credit for serving one day. Hellenthal must complete 12 months probation, 80 hours community service and pay fines and court fees.
• Samantha Lynn Hodges, 29, of Evart, pleaded no contest to larceny ($200 or more, but less than $1,000). She was sentenced to seven days in jail and given credit for serving two days. Hodges must complete 12 months probation, 40 hours community service in lieu of jail and pay fines and court fees.
• Christian J. Corrigan, 24, of Traverse City, pleaded guilty to larceny by conversion ($200 or more, but less than $1,000). Corrigan was sentenced to 365 days in jail and given credit for serving 165 days, and must pay fines and court fees.
