REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Tyler James Bullis, 24, of Grandville, pleaded guilty to one count of using cocaine and one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to time served and must perform 120 hours of community service. He also must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
  • Omar Taylor Demond, 32, of Toledo, Ohio, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to performing 240 hours of community service.
  • Michael George Bowman, 63, of Lake City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He was sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit, and will be on probation for one year. He must continue outpatient counseling and was given the option to perform 72 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Michael Anthony Norris, 35, of Sears, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and one count of driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. He also must complete outpatient treatment and was given the option of performing 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Johnathyn Michael Fridline, 19, of Pierson, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to time served and will be on probation for one year. He must complete a substance abuse treatment.
  • David John Wojcik, 44, of Brohman, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of improper transportation of medical marijuana. He was sentenced to time served.
  • Bryan Edward Wolinski, 42, of Freeland, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to time served and will be on probation for six months. He also must complete outpatient treatment and 32 hours of community service.
  • Taylor Jo Keathley, 18, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was sentenced to time served and must perform 40 hours of community service.
  • Jawson Michael Garrow, 23, of Evart, pleaded guilty to using marijuana. He was ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Tifanie Ann Eisenga, 32, of Marion, pleaded guilty to driving without a license. She was ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Alex Wade Sauntman, 27, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to allowing an unlicensed person to operate a vehicle. He was ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Lyle Eugene Hamilton Jr., 55, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle without insurance and one count of operating an unregistered vehicle. He was ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Daniel Lee Parks, 66, of Interlochen, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without insurance. He was ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Christopher Wesley Pattee, 53, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while visibly impaired. He was sentenced to time served and must perform 24 hours of community service. He will be on probation for six months and must complete outpatient treatment.
  • Teresa Lacole Moore, 30, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of resisting and obstructing an officer, one count of simple assault and one count of disorderly person. She was sentenced to time served and will be on probation for six months. She also must complete anger management.
  • Robert Alan Halladay, 34, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while visibly impaired. He was sentenced to time served and must perform 32 hours of community service. He also must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
  • Alexis Aileen Beemer, 20, of Evart, pleaded guilty to minor in possession. She was ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • James Allen Ankney, 32, of Marion, pleaded guilty of driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit, and was given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Anthony Scott Mercino Jr., 22, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to disorderly person fighting in public. He was sentenced to time served and must perform 32 hours of community service.
  • Matthew James Billenstein, 21, of Evart, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He was sentenced to time served.
  • Alan Joseph Ottobre, 25, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to disorderly person fighting in public. He was sentenced to time served and must continue counseling.
  • Jeremy James Vanderhoef, 30, of Sears, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while visibly impaired. He was sentenced to time served and must perform 24 hours of community service. He will be on probation for six months and must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
  • Pamela Ruth Crumb, 18, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence and one count of malicious destruction of property. In a separate case, she pleaded guilty to assault. She was sentenced to time served.
  • Arik Wayde Lentz, 33, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He was sentenced to time served and will  be on probation for six months. He also must have a mental health evaluation.
