REED CITY —The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. Not all cases are reported.

Michael Robert Risk, 47, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired. He was sentenced to time served and must continue outpatient rehabilitation. He also was placed on 18 months probation.

Nathan Dean Logic-Williams, 24, of Evart, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He was sentenced to time served and placed on six months probation.

Levi Benjamin Beebe, 27, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without insurance. He was sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit.

Susan Sellors, 43, of Sears, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a motor vehicle. She was sentenced to time served.

Christopher Michael Adkins, 29, of Sears, pleaded guilty to assault and battery. He was sentenced to time served and placed on one year probation. He also must complete outpatient rehabilitation.

Bridget Eileen Dent, 38, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without insurance. She was sentenced to time served.

Brad Alan Houck, 31, of Marion, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree child abuse. He was sentenced to time served and placed on two years probation. He also must complete outpatient rehabilitation.

Jeffery Allan Myers, 45, of Evart, pleaded guilty to assault and battery. He was sentenced to time served.

Joseph Arthur Lambrix, 19, of Brownstown, pleaded guilty to minor in possession. He was placed on one year probation, must complete 40 hours of community service and complete Alcohol Highway Safety Education.

Richard Abraham Thomas III, 20, of Evart, pleaded guilty to using marijuana. He was sentenced to time served and 120 hours of community service.

Gregory Alan Torrey, 19, of Luther, pleaded guilty to drunk driving. He was sentenced to time served and placed on six months probation. He also must complete 32 hours of community service and continue outpatient rehabilitation.

Calvin James Schwab, 23, of Marion, pleaded guilty to having no license for a tattoo facility. He was sentenced to time served and 32 hours of community service.

Tina Marie Woodbury, 30, of Evart, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure. She was sentenced to time served and must complete 16 hours of community service.

Alisha Rae McCuan, 31, of Lake City, pleaded guilty to driving with no valid driver’s license. She was sentenced to court cost and fines.

Joel William Felsk, 35, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired. He was sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit, but may elect to complete 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time. He also must complete Alcohol Highway Safety Education.

Holly Jo Gingrich, 34, of LeRoy, pleaded no contest to assault and battery. She was sentenced to time served and placed on one year probation. She also must complete 16 hours of community service and outpatient rehabilitation.
