REED CITY — The following cases were heard last week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. Not all cases are reported.

  • Bryan David Everitt, 28, of Marion, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a valid license and to driving while his driver’s license was suspended. He was sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit, but he may elect to complete 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Todd Richard Kilts, 42, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit and placed on six months probation with outpatient treatment, but may elect to complete 32 hours community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Brian Charles Wible, 24, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to switchblade possession. He was sentenced to time served.
  • David Paul Czinki, 27, of Sears, pleaded guilty to assault and battery. He was sentenced to time served
  • Thomas Ray Barnhart Jr., 30, of Yipsilanti, pleaded guilty to the use of marijuana. He was sentenced to five days in jail and his driver’s license was suspended. He may elect to complete 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  •  John Jay Williams, 19, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. He was sentenced to time served and placed on one year probation.
  • Jonathan Abraham Kleeves, 23, of Evart, pleaded guilty to vandalism. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail with 52 days credit.
  • Matthew David Lathorp, 26, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to the use of marijuana. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 63 days credit and a one year suspended driver’s license.
  • Mary Ann Zeilinger, 41, of Paris, pleaded guilty to a second offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. She was placed on two years probation and must attend outpatient treatment. She may elect to complete 60 days of alcohol tether or 30 days of alcohol tether and a successful completion of IMPACT weekend program in lieu of jail time.
  • Jess Curtis Rogney, 31, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He was sentenced to time served, one year probation and 100 hours of community service.
  • Travis Lawrence Martin, 23, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with three days credit, but may elect to complete 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Brooks Allan Robertson, 34, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She was sentenced to three days in jail with one day credit, but may elect to complete 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail time. Brooks also must complete Alcohol Highway Safety Education.
  • Sabrina Dawn Peshaba, 19, of Evart, pleaded guilty to assault and battery. She was sentenced to time served.
  • Ryan David Aspey, 21, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He sentenced to time served and must complete Alcohol Highway Safety Education.
  • Jeffery David Pike, 28, of Evart, pleaded guilty to disorderly person and trespassing. He was sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit, but may elect to complete 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Mike Charles Chatman, 39, of Mairon, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He was sentenced to time served and two years probation. He also must complete outpatient treatment.
