Evart Police Report — 10/08 to 10/1310/08 An officer was dispatched to a two car property damage accident, there were no injuries. 10/09 An officer was dispatched to a residence reference a larceny of a bicycle complaint. The case remains open pending further investigation. An officer was dispatched to two separate welfare checks. The individuals were found to be secure. An officer was dispatched to assist EMS on a medical call. 10/10 An officer was dispatched to the cemetery for a Malicious Destruction of Property complaint. The case remains open pending further investigation. An officer was dispatched to an assault complaint. The case remains open pending further investigation. An officer was dispatched to a harassment complaint. The officer advised all parties to avoid further contact with each other. An officer was dispatched to a traffic offense complaint. The case is open pending further investigation.
Reed City Police Report — 10/08 to 10/14If you see any suspicious activity, call 911. For a non-emergency call 832-3255. Email tips to RCPD@reedcityhall.org 10/08 Officers checked the area of S Roth St for a report of a child standing by the road. Officers responded to the school for a Trespassing complaint. A subject was told not to return and did. The subject was removed from the school grounds and their parents were notified. Officers were called to the High School for a report of a subject sleeping in a vehicle. Upon arrival it was determined that the subject was waiting for her mother to get out of work in the kitchen. Officers responded to a residence for a suspicious complaint. The complainant advised that during the previous night someone had tried to open her front door. The complainant was advised to call 911 when an incident is occurring next time. Officers were dispatched to a residence for a disorderly complaint between two subjects. Upon arrival it was determined to be a civil dispute over a heater. The parties were warned and provided with a course of action. Officers assisted the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department in checking the well being of a suicidal subject at a residence in Evart. The subject was determined to not be suicidal. 10/09 Officers investigated a malicious destruction of property complaint at the School. The matter is under investigation. 10/11 Officers investigated three separate harassment complaints at the schools. The parties were talked to and warned. Officers arrested a subject at the Department that had an outstanding warrant for hit and run. The subject was transported to the Osceola County Jail where he posted bond. Officers responded to a residence for a civil child custody dispute. There was no court order in place. The subjects were advised that it was a civil matter and provided with a course of action. 10/12 Officers responded to a business for an alarm. Upon arrival it was determined that the alarm was accidentally activated by an employee. Officers were called to E Todd Ave for a complaint of juveniles in all black checking car doors. The complainant tried to approach the subjects and they fled that area. Officers checked the surrounding areas and were not able to locate the subjects. 10/13 Officers handled a barking dog complaint that occurred earlier in the day. The complainant was provided with a course of action for the future. Officers were called to the Hospital to transport a subject to the Hadley Center for a Court Order Mental transport for evaluation. The subject was transported to Hadley and turned over to their staff without incident. 10/14 Officers were called to S Chestnut St at 3 Mile Rd for a vehicle in the roadway without lights on.
