March 27

  • An officer was dispatched to a business reference two non-sufficient fund checks.  The cases are open pending contact with the suspect.
  • An officer was dispatched to a business reference a trespassing complaint.  The officer spoke to the suspect and advised them of the No Trespassing Order.
  • An officer was dispatched to a residence reference a suspicious situation.  The officer spoke to the complainant, and the suspect was found to have an outstanding warrant.  The suspect was arrested, transported to Osceola County Sheriff’s Department and lodged.
  • An officer was dispatched to a business reference an alarm.  The officer searched the business and the surrounding area.  The business was found to be secure and the alarm was due to a system malfunction.

March 28

  • An officer was dispatched to a civil dispute.  The officer made contact with the parties involved and advised them to resolve their differences in a civilized manner.
  • An officer was dispatched to a Malicious Destruction of Property complaint.  Photos were taken of the damaged vehicle.  If anyone has any information concerning these damages, please contact the Evart Police Department.

  • An officer was dispatched to assist the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department on a stranded motorist complaint.

  • An officer was dispatched to a residence reference a traffic complaint involving a minor operating a motor vehicle.  The case is open pending further investigation.

  • An officer was dispatched to a residence reference a welfare check.  The individual was found to be out of town. The case is closed.

  • An officer was dispatched to an assault case involving minors. The case is closed.

  • An officer was dispatched to a complaint of personal property theft.  The case is open pending further investigation.
