Reed City \u2013\u00a0Police Report\u00a011\/19 to 11\/25 \u00a0 11\/19\u00a0 Officers handled a walk in mental health complaint at the department.\u00a0 A subject appeared to file a complaint and was suffering from issues.\u00a0 Community Mental Health was contacted and responded to the department to talk with the subject. \u00a0 Officers handled a walk in domestic violence complaint.\u00a0 The victim came into the department to report that he had been assaulted by his mother.\u00a0 A report was completed and submitted to the Prosecutor\u2019s Office for review. \u00a0 Officers assisted the Michigan State Police on a domestic violence call.\u00a0 Once the scene was secure the officer returned to patrol duties within the city. \u00a0 Officers responded to a residence for a drug overdose complaint.\u00a0 EMS was called to the scene and the subject was transported to the hospital for treatment. \u00a0 Officers were called to investigate a possible PPO violation.\u00a0 The complaint was unfounded. \u00a0 Officers assisted the Osceola County Sheriff\u2019s Office on an Operating While Intoxicated traffic stop within the city.\u00a0 The subject was arrested for OWI and began to resist officers.\u00a0 The subject was lodged on Operating While Intoxicated and additional charges of Resisting Officers are pending. \u00a0 11\/20\u00a0 Officers were called to a residence for an open garage door and the complainant believed someone may be in her house.\u00a0 Officers arrived on scene and checked the residence and found nothing out of place. \u00a0 Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.\u00a0 It was discovered that the driver was operating on an expired license.\u00a0 The driver was given an appearance citation at the scene and released. \u00a0 Officers were called to the hospital to assist with a disorderly juvenile patient.\u00a0 Officers were able to get the subject under control and there were no further problems. \u00a0 Officers investigated a Bond Conditional Release Violation.\u00a0 The subject was on bond and was not to have contact with the victim in the case and had shown up to the victim\u2019s apartment and had called her numerous times.\u00a0 The subject was located and arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. \u00a0 11\/21\u00a0 Officers investigated an abandoned vehicle at a business in the city. \u00a0 Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.\u00a0 It was determined that one of the passengers in the vehicle had numerous outstanding warrants for his arrest however they were out of pickup range.\u00a0 The subject was advised of the warrants and released. \u00a0 11\/22\u00a0 Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle parked outside of a residence.\u00a0 It was determined that the owner of a vehicle was visiting one of the neighbors. \u00a0 11\/24\u00a0 Officers were called to a business for larceny complaint.\u00a0 The complainant reported that he had a chainsaw outside his building and it was stolen while he was inside.\u00a0 A report was completed and the matter is under investigation. \u00a0 Officers responded to an apartment complex for a noise complaint.\u00a0 Upon arrival the complaint was unfounded. \u00a0 Officers were called to a one vehicle roll over accident on US 10.\u00a0 There were no injuries.\u00a0 It was determined that the driver was intoxicated and lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll.\u00a0 The driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated and lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. \u00a0 11\/25\u00a0 Officers investigated a possible PPO violation.\u00a0 The matter is under investigation. \u00a0 Officers were called to a residence for a malicious destruction of property complaint.\u00a0 The complainant reported that his son was breaking the doors in the residence.\u00a0 Officers arrived on scene and the complainant decided he did not want to press charges. \u00a0 Officers assisted a stranded motorist that had run out of gas. \u00a0 Evart \u2013\u00a0Police Report\u00a011\/19-11\/21 \u00a0 11\/19\u00a0 An officer was dispatched to a residence reference a noise complaint.\u00a0 The officer made contact with the individual and advised them to lower the volume on their stereo. The case is closed. 11\/20\u00a0 An officer assisted an individual with a found property report.\u00a0 The property was returned to the original owner and the case is closed. \u00a0 An officer was dispatched to a residence reference a welfare check.\u00a0 The officer made contact and the individual was transported to Reed City for medical attention. 11\/21\u00a0 An officer assisted the Osceola County Sherriff\u2019s Department with traffic control outside of the city following an accident on U.S. 10.
