● Officers responded to an apartment complex for a possible check fraud complaint. Officers investigated the matter and found the complaint unfounded.
● Officers were called to the parking lot of a business for a two vehicle private property accident. There were no injuries and only minor damage. A report was completed.
● Officers responded to a single vehicle traffic crash on Northland Dr near 1 Mile Rd. Officers stood by until a Michigan State Police unit could arrive.
● Officers returning to the city after the above call observed a vehicle that had crashed on Northland Dr at 2 Mile Rd. Officers stood by until a Michigan State Police unit could arrive.
● Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle parked outside of a gate at the Bus Garage. The vehicle was checked.

● Officers assisted the Lake County Sheriff’s Department in attempting to locate a runaway juvenile at a residence in the city. The address was checked and the juvenile was not located.
● Officers were called to an apartment complex for a well being check on a subject that was believed to be withdrawing from drugs. The subject was located and found to be ok and did not need assistance. There were no violations.

● Officers on patrol located a suspicious vehicle parked inside the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Officers checked the vehicle and found that it belonged to an employee that was called in.

● Officers received a referral of a suspected child abuse complaint from Child Protective Services. Officers were later advised by Child Protective Services that the complaint was unfounded and no action was needed.

● Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating on a suspended license. The driver was arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident.

● Officers responded to a malicious destruction of property complaint. The complainant reported damage to promotional signs that were placed at the Depot. A report was completed and the matter is under investigation.
● Officers were called to the hospital to stand by for a potentially disorderly subject on the way to the facility. Officers stood by while hospital staff talked with the subject and there were no problems.

● Officers responded to a trailer park in the city for a noise complaint. Officers arrived on scene and no noise was heard. Officers made contact with the resident of the trailer and he was given a warning.
● Officers were called for a suspicious person sleeping inside of a vehicle in the parking lot of a church. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the subject who stated he parked to take a nap because he was sleepy from driving.
