Further investigation found the dog to have\u00a0been missing for a year and was found and retrieved by its original owners. Ownership was\u00a0confirmed at the veterinarian office via an implanted microchip. Officers were requested to local residence regarding a suspicious situation. The caller observed\u00a0a strange pickup parked in the driveway of his neighbor, who was not at home. He followed the\u00a0pickup into town and called the police to investigate. Officers found the driver of the pickup had\u00a0been snow plowing in the area. Case closed. Officers were dispatched to assist the Osceola County Sheriff\u2019s Department with a misdemeanor\u00a0warrant. The 47-year-old male was located and arrested without incident. Meanwhile when questioning other tenants, officers issued a citation for\u00a0having a unlicensed dog. Officers responded to a verbal argument at a local residence. Officers found the 21-year-old male to have a\u00a0warrant for his arrest. He was transported and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without\u00a0incident. The 21-year-old female was found to have been drinking alcohol which was a violation\u00a0of her parole. She was then placed under arrest and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without\u00a0incident. Officers were dispatched to perform an area road check, after a caller claimed there was a\u00a0mattress in the road. Officers searched and found nothing in the area. Case closed. 1\/10 Officers were dispatched to assist a motorist who was having a panic attack driving on\u00a0U.S. 131 and experiencing poor visibility due to the weather. Officers escorted the motorist off the\u00a0highway to calm her anxiety. Officers were dispatched to local residence regarding a parking issue between neighbors. The\u00a0officers explained the options to both parties. Officers received information regarding a 35-year-old male who had served his time in the Lake\u00a0County Jail and held a valid warrant with the Reed City Police Department. Officers drove to\u00a0Lake County Jail and picked up the individual and transported him to the Osceola County Jail\u00a0without incident. While performing a traffic stop for defective headlight, the officer found the 24-year-old female\u00a0driver to be driving on a suspended driver\u2019s license. She was issued an appearance citation for\u00a0the DWLS and given a verbal warning on for the defective headlight. The vehicle was\u00a0impounded.
