Deputies investigated three vehicle crashes which occurred within Richmond and Highland townships.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence within Leroy Township on the report of an entry alarm complaint. Upon arrival the scene was secured and it was discovered that a small animal was running loose within the garage area, which was tripping the alarm. A key holder was called, who secured the animal.

Deputies were dispatched to Richmond Township on the report of a suspicious subject walking down the roadway. Upon arrival, the subject was located and advised the deputies that they were walking to their nearby residence. The deputies then checked the subject’s credentials and cleared the scene once their assistance was no longer needed.

Deputies investigated four vehicle crashes which occurred with Leroy, Osceola, Sherman and Richmond townships.

Deputies were dispatched to Evart Township on the report of a civil complaint, as the complainant stated they were locked out of their residence by another tenant. Upon arrival, the deputies mediated the situation and cleared the scene once their assistance was no longer needed.

Deputies were dispatched to Evart Township on the report of a domestic assault complaint. Upon arrival the scene was secured, and through investigation it was discovered that an assault did occur between two subjects involved in a domestic relationship. At that time both parties were separated and this report was sent to the prosecutor’s office for review of possible charges.

Deputies investigated four vehicle crashes which occurred within Sylvan, Richmond, Sherman and Lincoln townships.

Deputies investigated three vehicle crashes which occurred within Hartwick, Sylvan and Richmond townships.

Deputies were dispatched to Lincoln Township on the report of a suspicious vehicle complaint. Upon arrival the area was thoroughly patrolled; however the vehicle was not located.

A deputy was dispatched to Leroy Township, as a student was caught with having suspected narcotics while at school. The deputy completed his investigation and this report has been forwarded to the prosecutor’s office and probate court for review.

Deputies investigated two vehicle crashes which occurred within Marion and Burdell townships.

Deputies were dispatched to the village of Marion on the report of a domestic assault complaint, where the suspect had fled the scene. Upon arrival, the scene was secured and through investigation it was discovered that an assault did occur between two subjects involved in a domestic relationship. The deputies completed their investigation and cleared the scene once their assistance was no longer needed. This report has been forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for charges.

Officers were requested to check the VIN number on a 4-wheeler to ensure that it was not stolen. The number was checked and it was determined that it was not stolen.

Officers on patrol located two students off campus during school hours. The students were identified and advised to return to the school. The school administration was notified.

Officers were called to an adult foster care home for a report of a resident pushing one of the care takers. It was determined that the resident was also in possession of credit cards that did not belong to him. A report was completed and the matter is under further investigation.

Officers responded to a residence for a threats complaint. It was determined that the threats were a result of child custody. The complainant was provided with a course of action.

Officers were called to a residence for a fraud complaint. The complainant reported that someone had hacked into her Facebook account and was attempting to obtain money from her friends. A report was completed and the matter is under further investigation.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle without insurance. The driver was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident. An unknown substance was found in the vehicle and was sent to the crime lab to be analyzed.

Officers were called to the parking lot of a business for a private property damage accident. A report was completed.

Officers responded to the Probation/Parole Office for a report of a subject there with a warrant. Officers arrived on scene and took the subject into custody on multiple warrants. The subject was lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers were called to an adult foster care home for a report of a resident who had assaulted a staff member. Officers arrived on scene and investigated the matter. A report has been submitted to the Prosecutor's Office for review.

Officers were called to an adult foster care home for a report of a resident walking away. Officers located the subject and he was returned to the adult foster care home.

Officers responded to the High School for a larceny complaint. The complainant reported a missing iPad. A juvenile was taken into custody and lodged at the Muskegon River Youth Home. The matter is under further review of Probate Court.

Officers were called to a residence for a larceny complaint. The matter is under further investigation.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver had an outstanding warrant out of the Mecosta County Sheriff's Office for child support. The subject was taken into custody and turned over to Mecosta County Deputies.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. The driver was arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers were called to Sout Roth Street at East Bittner Avenue for a two-vehicle traffic crash. There was no injuries and minor damage. One driver was cited for driving too fast for road conditions.

Officers checked the area of East Church Street for three runaways from Eagle Village. The subjects were not located.

Officers were called to an apartment complex for a report of three runaway juveniles being located at the complex. The juveniles were taken into custody and turned over to Eagle Village staff.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle without her license in her possession. The driver was given an appearance citation at the scene and released.

Officers responded to a residence for a report of a domestic between mother and daughter. Officers arrived on scene to find that an assault had occurred. The mother was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers assisted the Osceola County Sheriff's Department with a single vehicle traffic crash on 200th Avenue just north of U.S. 10.

Officers were called to a residence for a report of snowmobiles driving on his property. Officers located the snowmobile and the subjects were given a warning.
