Deputies conducted a traffic stop within Hersey Township on a vehicle for traveling above the posted speed limit. Through investigation it was discovered that the operator was driving their vehicle while intoxicated (first offence) and with a suspended driver's license. The subject was arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Deputies investigated three vehicle crashes which occurred within Middle Branch and Hersey townships.

Deputies investigated five vehicle crashes which occurred within Richmond, Rose Lake, LeRoy and Sherman townships.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence within Burdell Township on the report of a residential alarm. Upon arrival the residence was checked and an open door was found. After a thorough search of the residence, nothing out of the ordinary was located, and it is believed that the wind blew open the unsecured door. The deputies secured the residence and cleared the scene once their assistance was no longer needed.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence within Leroy Township for a subject intoxicated brandishing a firearm. Upon arrival the scene was secured, and through investigation the deputies located the subject, but were unable to corroborate the complaints of the firearms violation. It was further discovered that the subject had a valid Osceola County warrant, which was issued for their arrest. The subject was then arrested and was transported to the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Deputies investigated four vehicle crashes which occurred within Middle Branch, Burdell, Richmond and Sherman townships.

A deputy made contact with a subject within Richmond Township. Through investigation it was determined that the subject had a valid Otsego County warrant issued for his arrest. The subject was arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to a Richmond Township home on the report of a damage to property and breaking and entering complaint. Upon arrival the scene was secured, and through investigation it was discovered that someone had spray painted graffiti on the exterior of the complainant's residence along with entering the residence and damaging several items. Witnesses observed three suspicious subjects running from the area of the residence around the time this incident occurred. The deputies completed their investigation, which included collecting evidence, and cleared the scene once their assistance was no longer needed. This case is open pending the identity of the suspects.

A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for traveling above the posted speed limit. Through investigation it was discovered that the driver and passenger within the vehicle had valid Clare County warrants issued for their arrest. At that time both subjects were arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail.

A deputy was dispatched to LeRoy Township on the report of a traffic complaint. Upon arrival the deputy discovered that a vehicle passed a school bus while the red lights were activated. The deputy was able to identify the driver and vehicle, locate the driver and issue a citation for the offence.

Deputies were dispatched to a Sylvan Township business as an occupied, suspicious vehicle had been sitting in the parking lot for several hours. Upon arrival the vehicle was located and the driver was identified. It was further discovered that the driver was extremely tired due to traveling and decided to pull into the parking lot to rest. The driver’s credentials were verified and the deputies cleared the scene without incident.

Deputies arrested two subjects who violated the conditions of their probation conditions. Both subjects were arrested and were transported to the Osceola County Jail without incident.
