Officers were called to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department to handle a walk-in complaint at occurred at a trailer park in the city. The complainant reported being assaulted by her ex-boyfriend while going to the residence to pick up property. A report was completed and turned over to the Prosecutor’s Office for review.

Officers responded to a business for a bad check complaint. A report was completed and the matter is under further investigation.

Officers were called to a residence for a larceny complaint. The complainant reported that he had two pet ducks stolen. A report was completed.

Officers responded to a residence for a larceny from motor vehicle complaint. The complainant reported that she had camping equipment stolen from her vehicle. A report was completed and the matter is under further investigation.

Officers were called to an apartment complex for a civil dispute over payment for babysitting. The complainant was provided with a course of action.

Officers issued multiple abatement notices to a property owner in the city. The owner has the allotted time to correct the violations or further enforcement action will be taken.

Officers responded to a residence on South Higbee Street for a report of a car alarm sounding non-stop. Officers made contact with the owner and determined that there was a short in the wiring. The alarm was disconnected.

Officers performed six trailer inspections for a business in the city.

Officers were called to a business for a larceny complaint. The complainant reported a game system stolen. A report was completed and the matter is under further investigation.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated 2nd offense, driving on a suspended license 2nd offense, and transporting open intoxicants. The passenger was arrested for transporting open intoxicants as well. Both subjects were lodged within Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers were called for a peace officer standby. Officers arrived on scene and the homeowner did not want the subject on their property. The subject was provided with a course of action and departed.

Officers responded to a business for a report of disorderly subjects. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the parties involved and they were told to disperse.

Officers were called to the 100 block of West Upton Avenue for a two-vehicle traffic crash. There were no injuries and only minor damage. A report was completed.

Officers responded to Rambadt Park for a report of a suspicious person loitering around the park. Officers made contact with the subject and identified him.

Officers were called to an apartment complex for a report of a marijuana smell. Officers arrived on scene and a faint odor was detected but was not able to determine where it came from.

Officers observed a subject on a business property that was closed. Officers made contact with the subject that was picking up his vehicle.

Officers were called to the hospital for a disorderly patient. Officers arrived on scene and the subject had calmed down and there were no further incidents.

Officers were called to a residence for a domestic between grandfather and grandson. A report was completed and has been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for review.

Officers located a subject at her residence that had an outstanding warrant for non-sufficient funds checks. The subject was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail on the warrant as well as a probation violation for violating her probation conditions without incident.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was determined that the driver was operating the vehicle without insurance and with an improper license plate. The driver was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers were called to a residence on West Todd Avenue for a verbal dispute. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the subjects. Warnings were issued.
