Evart 12\/17 An officer located a subject wanted for violating their conditions of parole. The subject was arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Sheriff Department. 12\/19 An officer was dispatched to investigate a two-vehicle private property damage accident. One of the driver\u2019s had an outstanding warrant. The driver was arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Sheriff Department. An officer stopped a vehicle for disregarding a red light. Upon further investigation, it was determined the vehicle had an improper registration plate and the driver did not have insurance. The driver was cited and the vehicle was impounded until a proper registration and insurance could be obtained. 12\/21 An officer was dispatched to a residence for a suspicious vehicle parked on the property. The owner was located and advised the vehicle needed to be moved. The request was met with compliance. An officer was dispatched to a civil complaint. Reed City 12\/16 Officers located a person sitting in the snow on S Chestnut St. Officers made contact with the subject who had bad hips and could not walk any further. Officers gave the subject a ride to her residence down the street. 12\/17 Officers responded to an apartment complex for a harassment complaint. The complaint was suffering from mental health issues and the complaint was unfounded. Officers were called to an apartment complex for a possible disturbance. Officers checked the apartment and the complaint was unfounded. 12\/18 Officers were called for a hit and run property damage accident that occurred on South Sears Street at West Lincoln Avenue. The driver of one of the vehicles was stuck in a snow bank and once free crashed into a car stopped in the roadway and then fled the scene. The matter is under investigation. Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Marijuana was located inside the vehicle. The report was turned over to the Prosecutors\u2019 Office. Officers responded to an apartment complex for a harassment complaint. The complainant stated that his ex-girlfriend won\u2019t stop harassing him and sending him text messages. Officers made contact with the female subject and advised her to have no further contact with the complainant or further enforcement action would be taken. Officers were called to an apartment complex for a disorderly person complaint. The complainant stated that a subject was in the hallway screaming and yelling profanities. Upon arrival the suspect was not located. A warrant request was submitted to the City Attorney\u2019s Office seeking an arrest warrant on the suspect. 12\/19 Officers responded to a residence for a well being check on an individual. Upon arrival Officers were disregarded as family was able to make contact with the subject and he was OK. 12\/20 Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. The driver was arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. Officers were requested to assist Child Protective Services with an investigation. The subject was not at home. 12\/21 Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle while intoxicated and both the driver and passenger were in possession of open containers of alcohol. The driver was arrested for reckless driving, operating while intoxicated and possession of open intoxicants. Once at the jail the driver refused to submit to a breath test as required by law. Officers obtained a search warrant for the drivers blood and once obtained he was lodged in the Osceola County Jail. The passenger was given an appearance citation at the scene for being in possession of open intoxicants and released at the scene. 12\/22 Officers responded to a business for an alarm. Upon arrival the building was found to be secure. The property owner was notified.
