Osceola County Sheriff 4\/13 A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, within Hersey Township, for driving left of center. Through investigation it was discovered that said operator was driving their vehicle while their driver\u2019s license was suspended. At that time the driver was issued a misdemeanor citation for said offence and was released to a valid driver. Deputies investigated two vehicle crashes, which occurred within Evart and Cedar Townships. 4\/14 A deputy was dispatched to Orient Township for a civil complaint. Upon arrival it was discovered that the complainant was having trouble with his neighbors shooting firearms, and ultimately the empty cartridges from said firearms were ending up on his property. The deputy mediated the situation and cleared the scene once his assistance was no longer needed. 4\/15 Deputies investigated three vehicle crashes, which occurred within Richmond and Sylvan townships. Deputies conducted a court-ordered mental transport to a Kent County mental hospital. The transport was completed without incident. 4\/16 Deputies were dispatched to a Cedar Township home on the report of a possible assault complaint. Upon arrival the scene was secured, and through investigation discovered that an assault did occur, however both participants refused to pursue criminal charges. Both parties were separated and this incident was forwarded to the prosecutor\u2019s office for review. A deputy arrested a subject on a valid Osceola County Warrant, while said subject reported to the probation department. Said subject was arrested and was transported to the Osceola County Jail without incident. 4\/17 A deputy was dispatched to a Richmond Township home on the report of a breaking and entering complaint to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival it was discovered that someone entered the unsecured vehicle and took roughly $30 in cash and $10 in change. The deputy completed his investigation and cleared the scene without incident. A deputy investigated one vehicle crash, which occurred within Orient Township. 4\/18 Deputies were dispatched to Rose Lake Township, as the complainant reported that gun shots were heard outside their residence. Upon arrival the deputies methodically patrolled said area; however nothing suspicious was located. Deputies investigated a one-vehicle crash with injuries, which occurred within Highland Township. 4\/19 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle within Leroy Township for a speeding infraction. Through investigation it was discovered that the operator was driving their vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and was transported to the Osceola County Jail without incident. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on vehicle, within Rose Lake Township, as the vehicle failed to signal prior to a turn. Through investigation it was discovered that said operator was in possession of an open intoxicant. The driver was then issued a misdemeanor citation for said office, and was released from the scene once it was determined they were able to drive legally.
