The dog was returned to the owner who was advised of the 10 day quarantine process. The owner was also cited for allowing the dog to run\u00a0at large. An officer was dispatched to a domestic violence complaint. The officer investigated the\u00a0complaint and took the suspect into custody. 04\/09 An officer was dispatched to a possible breaking and entering in progress. The residence\u00a0was searched and nobody was located inside. The complaint remains open pending additional follow up. 04\/10 An officer was dispatched to a business for a malicious destruction of property complaint.\u00a0The officer investigated the scene. The complaint remains open pending additional follow up. An officer assisted an Osceola County Probation\/Parole officer with arresting a subject who had violated his terms of probation. The subject was transported and lodged at the Osceola County\u00a0Sheriff Department. 04\/11 An officer was dispatched to a residence for a malicious destruction of property\u00a0complaint. The officer investigated the scene, and the complaint remains open pending additional follow\u00a0up. An officer conducted a traffic stop for a speeding infraction. Upon further investigation\u00a0the officer learned the registration plate was registered to a different vehicle, and the driver did not have\u00a0insurance for the vehicle. The driver was arrested for the violation and lodged at the Osceola County\u00a0Sheriff Department. An officer was dispatched to investigate a one vehicle property damage accident. 04\/12 An officer was dispatched to a retail fraud complaint. The suspect had left prior to the\u00a0officer\u2019s arrival. Upon further investigation the officer learned the identity of the suspect who lived in\u00a0Isabella County. With help from the Isabella County Sheriff Department the suspect was located and\u00a0arrested for the offense. The sheriff deputy met the officer and turned the suspect over to the officer\u2019s\u00a0custody. The suspect was transported and lodged at the Osceola County Sheriff Department.
