Reed City 03\/03 Officers were called to the Animal Control Shelter for a dog that had been tied up outside of the building at some point during the night. Officers arrived on scene and found the dog to be freezing. The dog was brought into the shelter and fed. The matter was turned over to the Animal Control Officer when they came on duty. 03\/04 Officers were called to the school in regards to a Criminal Sexual Conduct investigation. The juvenile child was reportedly sexually assaulted at his residence. An investigation has been initiated. Officers assisted School Officials with a suspicious situation. 03\/05 Officers were called to the school for a malicious destruction of property and a larceny of a cell phone complaint involving two students. The suspects have been identified and the matter has been turned over to Probate Court. 03\/06 Officers located a group of juveniles loitering at a business that was closed in the city. Officers made contact with the children who were advised to leave the area. 03\/07 Officers were called to the parking lot of a business for a report of a vehicle stuck in a snow bank. Officers arrived on scene to find that the driver was highly intoxicated. The driver was arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. 03\/08 Officers responded to a storage unit in the city for a report of a breaking and entering. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant. It was determined that the complaint was a civil matter, the unit was broken into the by complainants estranged wife. Officers assisted the Osceola County Sheriff\u2019s Department with multiple vehicle in the ditch on U.S. 131 near U.S. 10. Officers located a subject at his residence that had an outstanding warrant for contempt. The subject was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident. 03\/09 Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle on a suspended license and without insurance. The driver also had an outstanding warrant out the Wexford County Sheriff\u2019s Department. The driver was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.
