Reed City 02\/24 Officers responded to a residence for a fraud complaint. The complainant reported that someone had opened a store charge account in their name and then purchased a refrigerator. A report was completed. Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle with an improper license plate and without insurance. The driver was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident. 02\/25 Officers were called to a residence for a possible fraud complaint. The complainant stated he had charges on his account stemming back to 2012. It was determined that the complainant had signed up for the services that he was billed for and that it was a civil matter. 02\/27 Officers received a call to be on the lookout for a vehicle all over the roadway. Officers located the vehicle which was driving erratically and a traffic stop was performed. It was determined that the driver was suffering from a medical condition that made her twitch. The driver was advised not to drive any further. Officers were called to a residence for a child custody dispute. The parties were advised that it was a civil matter and was provided with a course of action. 02\/28 Officers responded to a residence for a death investigation. Officers investigated that scene with the County Medical Examiner and the death appeared to be natural. Officers located a vehicle stuck in the snow in the old Plum\u2019s parking lot. Officers checked on the subjects who had help on the way. Officers were dispatched to a residence for a noise complaint. Upon arrival of the officers the noise could be heard from several houses away. Officers made contact with the occupant who was issued an appearance citation and released with a court date. Officers assisted a disabled motorist on U.S. 10. A wrecker was called to the scene. 03\/01 Officers were called to an apartment complex for a noise complaint. The tenant was given a verbal warning for noise. Officers assisted a stranded motorist on East Church Street. The vehicle was removed from the roadway. Evart 02\/25 An officer was dispatched to investigate a two-vehicle private property damage accident. 02\/26 An officer was dispatched to investigate a two-vehicle property damage accident. An officer was dispatched to an area check. The officer checked the area but was unable to locate any suspicious activity. An officer was dispatched to a residence for a malicious destruction of property complaint. The officer spoke with the victim and investigated the scene. The complaint is still open pending further investigation. 02\/28 An officer was dispatched to an alarm at a business. The property was checked by the officer and there were no signs of suspicious activity. An officer received a non-sufficient funds check complaint from a business. The officer made contact with the account holder and served them with a final notice. The account holder paid the debt and the complaint was closed. An officer received a child abuse complaint. The preliminary information has been forwarded to Child Protective Services and the complaint is still under investigation. 03\/01 An officer was dispatched to assist the Osceola County Sheriff Department with a property damage accident and operating while intoxicated investigation.
