Officers received a disorderly conduct complaint at a local residence. The individuals responsible for the disturbance had vacated the residence prior to the officer's arrival.

Officers received a call regarding an unsafe driver. The officer made contact with the 18-year-old male driver and issued a verbal warning.

Officers issued a no trespassing notice to a 20-year-old male.

Officers responded to an alarm activation at a local business. Officers found it to have been activated by the cleaning crew.

Officers issued an appearance citation to a 23-year-old male for driving while his license was suspended and amplified music in a motor vehicle.

Officers received two complaints of larceny from a vehicle. The matter is under investigation.

While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle with an expired license plate. Further investigation also found the 22-year-old driver to be driving on an expired license and in violation of his probation. He was taken into custody and transported to the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers assisted the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department with vehicle accident. No injuries and only minor damage was reported.

Officers were called regarding the mental health of a local resident. The matter is being looked into.

While performing a traffic stop, officers found a 41-year-old male to be driving while under the influence. The individual was arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail and lodged without incident.

Officers received a call from a Probation Officer to assist with a parole violation. The officers went to the home of the 55-year-old male who admitted to violating his parole by drinking alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Osceola County Jail and lodged without incident.

While performing a traffic stop for speeding, officers found a 19-year-old male to be in possession of marijuana in addition to driving while his license was suspended. Further investigations found he had given false information, was currently on probation in addition to having outstanding warrant out of another district. He was placed under arrest for DWLS/No OPS, Possession of Marijuana, the outstanding arrest warrant and providing false information to an officer. He was then transported and lodged in the Osceola County Jail with out incident.

Property Damage Accident — An officer handled a two-vehicle accident that resulted in no personal injuries.

Fail to Pay — An officer took a larceny complaint at a local business.

Unlawful Entry — An officer handled an unlawful entry complaint. The case was turned over to the prosecutor’s office.

Malicious Destruction of Property — An officer handled a vandalism complaint that occurred at a local business. The case has been turned over to the prosecuting attorney for charges.

Trespass — An officer handled a trespass complaint. The subject was located and served a no trespass order.

Larceny — An officer handled several larceny complaints. The cases remain open at this time.
