Officers were notified of a suspicious situation regarding a possibly homeless family. The matter was unfounded.

Officers were called to meet with a probation officer regarding a 27-year-old female violating probation and having three outstanding bench warrants. She was taken into custody and turned over to Mecosta County without incident.

Officers received a non-aggravated assault complaint between two juveniles. The matter is under investigation.

Officers were called to assist a probation officer regarding a 30-year-old female in violation of her probation. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers were dispatched regarding an assault in which the two female suspects had fled the scene. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries. The matter is pending review at the Osceola County Prosecutor’s Office.

Officers were dispatched with the Michigan State Police regarding a disturbance between a man and a woman in a parking lot. The male had left prior to arrival.

Officers were called to the school regarding a student’s complaint of verbal abuse and threats at home he received from his parents. The matter was investigated and is unfounded.

Officers were dispatched to assist probation with a 59-year-old male, who was placed under arrest for the violation of bond conditions and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers observed a suspicious situation regarding a parked vehicle in a store parking lot after closing hours. The officer made contact with the store manager, who stated he was aware of the vehicle and that it belonged to an employee.

Officers were dispatched to local apartment complex regarding a noise complaint. Officers issued an appearance citation for the violation.

Officers were dispatched to Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital to assist the Lake County Correction's Officers with an unruly prisoner causing a disturbance. He quieted down a short time later and became cooperative.

Officers observed a suspicious situation at 2 a.m. at a local business. Further investigation found a pickup and delivery service making its rounds early.

Officers receive a call from a 30-year-old mother regarding the welfare of her two children staying with their grandparents. She stated she was unable to reach them by phone and did not have an address. The responding officer located the grandmother and the matter was then turned over to the Lake County Sheriff’s Department.

Officers received a domestic assault complaint from a 30-year-old female. She reported two separate assaults that took place a few days prior. The matter has been sent to the prosecutor for review.

Officers were dispatched to an apartment house regarding malicious destruction of property. After locating the 25-year-old male, a short scuffle took place with officers. The male was treated for self-inflicted cuts and was then transported to the Osceola County Jail without further incident where he was lodged for destruction of property and resisting an officer.

Officers observed a vehicle parked at Rambadt Park with two adult individuals inside the vehicle. A verbal warning was issued to the subjects for being in the park after hours and advised to leave.

Officers were called to a local business regarding a possible probation violation. The officers arrested a 30-year-old male then transported him to the Osceola County Jail where he was lodged without incident.

Officers were dispatched regarding a civil compliant between a 48-year-old female and a 53-year-old male. The two were in conflict over ownership of a vehicle. The officer explained the proper way to handle the matter.
