Reed City 10\/19 Officers received a complaint of larceny. The matter is under investigation. 10\/23 Officers were dispatched to local business regarding alarm activation. The key\u00a0holder was notified. Officers searched the building and perimeter all was cleared, building was\u00a0secured. Case closed. Officers assisted Child Protective Services regarding possible sex offender violations. The\u00a0matter was unfounded. 10\/24 Officers received a complaint regarding possible drug sale. The information was\u00a0passed to the Traverse Narcotic Team. Officers were dispatched to local apartment complex regarding a possible accidental prescription\u00a0drug overdose. The 58-year-old female refused to go the hospital, but did allow Emergency\u00a0Medical Service to check her vitals. EMS staff found her to be fine at that time. 10\/25 While performing a traffic stop, officers found the 47-year-old male driver to be\u00a0driving with an invalid plate and without a driver\u2019s license. He also had a non-extradition\u00a0warrant for his arrest out of Arizona. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Osceola\u00a0County Jail without incident. The vehicle was towed. Officers were called to assist in locating a mentally handicapped male who was out past his\u00a0curfew. The 20-year-old male was located and transported back home without incident. Evart 10\/19 Assist \u2013 The department assisted another agency with a prescription fraud case. Found Property \u2013 An AM\/FM Radio was turned into the police department found on Cherry Street. Found Property \u2013 Two girls winter coats were turned into the police department found in Riverside Park. 10\/21 Fraud \u2013 An officer handled a fraud complaint which remains open at this time. Disturbance \u2013 An officer responded to a business reference a disorderly persons complaint. Verbal Domestic \u2013 An officer was dispatched to a disturbance at a residence. 10\/22 Malicious Destruction of Property \u2013 An officer was dispatched to a malicious destruction of property complaint at the Evart Historical Museum. It was determined that a brick was used to vandalize the entrance door. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Evart Police Department. Civil \u2013 Officers handled three civil complaints. Malicious Destruction of Property \u2013 Officers handled four separate MDOP complaints involving business and the Evart schools. Juvenile \u2013 Officers handled two separate complaints involving juveniles. Harassment \u2013 An officer handled a harassment complaint involving two parties who were disputing that lead to an alleged reckless driving complaint. Burglary \u2013 An officer handled a residential burglary complaint. The case remains open at this time. 10\/23 Found Keys \u2013 Two sets of lost keys were found and turned in to the Evart Police Department. Disturbance \u2013 An officer was dispatched to a disturbance involving two parties who were disputing over property.
