Evart 9\/28 Warrant Arrest \u2013 An officer arrested a subject who was wanted for an unserved warrant. The subject was transported to the Osceola County Sheriff\u2019s Department where they were lodged on charges. Welfare Check \u2013 An officer was dispatched to conduct a welfare check on two minor subjects. The matter was turned over to the Department of Human Services. 9\/29 Personal Injury - An officer handled a two-vehicle personal injury accident. One of the subjects was transported to the hospital for medical treatment. 9\/30 Civil Complaint \u2013 An officer was dispatched to a civil dispute over property. 10\/1 Larceny \u2013 An officer was dispatched to a larceny of a bicycle complaint. 10\/2 Identity Theft \u2013 An officer was dispatched to an identity theft complaint. The case remains open at this time. 10\/3 Welfare Check \u2013 An officer was dispatched to a disturbance involving two subjects who were intoxicated. The individuals were separated and it was determined that no physical altercation occurred. Welfare Check \u2013 An officer was dispatched to conduct a welfare check on an individual who failed to report to work. The individual was found to be secure. Retail Fraud \u2013 An officer was dispatched to a retail fraud complaint at a local business. The case is open at this time. Personal Injury - An officer handled a personal injury accident involving two vehicles. 10\/4 Custody Dispute \u2013 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance involving two subjects. The parties were separated and reported to be disputing over a child custody agreement. Larceny - An officer took a report of two stolen bicycles. The case remains open at this time. Reed City 9\/28 Officers were dispatched to local residence regarding the larceny of a vehicle. The\u00a0matter is under investigation. Officers received a found purse. The owner was located and she retrieved her purse. Officers received a dog a large complaint. It was discovered the dogs were contained to their\u00a0yard by an invisible fence. While on patrol, officers came upon a suspicious situation that led to the arrest of a 19-year-old\u00a0male who was driving with out a license and was also found to be in possession of marijuana.\u00a0The individual was lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. 9\/29 Officers received a complaint in the middle of the night regarding a barking dog.\u00a0Officers located the owner and issued a verbal warning and advised a citation would be issued\u00a0for any further violations. Officers responded to a two-car accident. No injuries were reported. Officers received a call regarding a missing purse. The purse was found and retrieved by the\u00a0owner. Officers assisted another agency in locating an individual of interest, they requested contact\u00a0them, regarding an investigation. Officers responded to a complaint of a damaged vehicle. The matter is under investigation. Officers responded to a two-car accident in a parking area. One vehicle was parked and no injuries\u00a0were reported. 9\/30 Officers observed a suspicious vehicle on a dead end road while on patrol. The driver\u00a0was found to be walking dogs. While on patrol officers observed a residence in violation of three Reed City ordinance codes. The\u00a0appropriate abatement notices were served and the officer will perform and follow up check\u00a0accordingly. 10\/1 Officers responded to a tree across Upton Avenue that had blown down in the wind and\u00a0was blocking the road. Officers received a complaint regarding a neighbor trespassing and mowing the lawn. The\u00a0responding officer questioned the neighbor who denied mowing the lawn. Officers received a call regarding a domestic assault between a 26-year-old male and his 55-year-old father. Officers advised both parties to remain separated to avoid and further conflict. The\u00a0matter has been turned over to the prosecutor for review. Officers assisted the Michigan State Police on a traffic stop for officer safety while they\u00a0conducted a vehicle search. Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The 49-year-old driver was found to have a\u00a0suspended license. He was lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. 10\/2 Officers were dispatched to perform a peace officer assist. The 19-year-old male\u00a0requested an officer go with him to his girlfriend's house to retrieve his belongings as they had\u00a0broken up. His belongings were retrieved without incident. Officers were dispatched to respond to alarm activation. After officers cleared the scene it was\u00a0found to have been a malfunctioning sensor. Officers were dispatched to respond to a verbal domestic dispute. Both parties denied any\u00a0physical abuse. Officers observed a suspicious parked vehicle. It was determined the driver was just sleeping. Officers assisted the Osceola County Sheriff's Department with a 61-year-old man who appeared\u00a0to be under the influence of prescription drugs. Officers made contact with a local resident for posting a garage sale sign in a clear vision area. A\u00a0verbal warning was issued. Officers were requested as backup to the Osceola County Sheriff's Department for a possibly\u00a0intoxicated man attempting to gain access to buildings. The man was located and was possibly\u00a0intoxicated. The matter is being handled by the Sheriff's Department. 10\/3 Officers were dispatched to a car\/deer accident. No injuries were reported.
