Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle without a license. The driver was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash at West Upton Avenue and State Street. There were no injuries and only minor damage. A report was completed.

Officers responded to a residence for an elderly female that had fallen and could not get up. Officers arrived on scene to find the women was not injured and assisted her up.

Officers were called to an apartment complex for a harassment complaint. Upon arrival and in talking with the complainant it was determined to be a civil matter. The complainant was provided with a course of action.

Officers responded to an apartment complex for a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot for an extended period while running. Officers made contact with the subjects who were talking inside the vehicle; one of the occupants was a tenant at the complex.

Officers on patrol located an open overhead door at a business in the city. The building was checked and found to be secure. The property owner was contacted and responded and secured the door.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle on a suspended license and in violation of his probation conditions. The subject was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers were dispatched to a residence for a report of a domestic disturbance in progress. Officers arrived on scene and found that the male had assaulted his wife. The subject was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers responded to a business for an alarm. Upon arrival it was determined that employees had accidentally activated the alarm and everything was OK.

Officers were called to a residence for a verbal domestic. Upon arrival both parties were separated and talked to. No assault or crime had occurred and both parties were given a warning.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver of the vehicle was operating the vehicle on a suspended license. The driver was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers on patrol located a suspicious vehicle parked at a residence that was vacant. Officers made contact with the subject who had just purchased the home and was dropping items off.

Officers were called to a business for a suspicious vehicle parked in the driveway. Officers located the vehicle and contacted the owner and it was removed.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. It was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle with an improper license plate and without insurance. The driver was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail without incident.

Officers located a subject at a residence who had two outstanding warrants for his arrest for contempt of court and neglect child. The subject was arrested on the warrants and found to be in possession of marijuana. The subject was lodged in the Osceola County Jail on the warrants as well as possession of marijuana without incident.

Officers were called to an apartment complex for a harassment complaint between neighbors. Officers made contact with both subjects and warned them about their actions.

An officer was dispatched to assist medical personnel with an uncooperative patient who was intoxicated. The officer assisted medical personnel with loading the patient in the ambulance.

An officer was dispatched to a two-vehicle property damage accident that was blocking traffic on 7th Street. The Evart Fire Department assisted with traffic control while the officer investigated the accident.

An officer was dispatched to an unlawful driving away of an automobile complaint. The vehicle and suspect were later located. The suspect was an unlicensed juvenile who crashed the car in the county. The suspect was also charged with destruction to police property. The complaint was turned over to the Osceola County Prosecuting Attorney.

An officer was dispatched to an assault and battery complaint. The suspect was lodged on charges at the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department. The victim was treated and released for injuries sustained as a result of the altercation. The report has been forwarded to the Osceola County Prosecuting Attorney.

An officer was dispatched to investigate a two-vehicle property damage accident. During the investigation, it was determined one of the drivers was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested for OWI and lodged at the Osceola County Sheriff Department on charges.

An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an obstructed registration plate. The officer learned the driver had a restricted license and was in violation of those restrictions. The driver was issued an appearance citation, and the vehicle was released to a valid driver.
