The individual was found to be secure. 06\/20 An officer was dispatched to a violation of a controlled substance complaint. TNT was called in to assist. An officer had contact with a subject with an outstanding warrant. The subject was transported to the Osceola County Sheriff\u2019s Department where they were lodged on charges. Reed City 6\/15 Officers were dispatched to a local business where a vehicle had struck the\u00a0building. There was only minor damage to the building and no injuries were reported. Officers assisted an individual with transportation to a doctor\u2019s appointment after he was\u00a0found driving down U.S. 10 on a flat tire. The individual was given a verbal warning and\u00a0advised to get the tire fixed before driving the vehicle again. Officers received a complaint of a two-car property damage accident that occurred over\u00a0the weekend on West Stimson. One vehicle backed out of a drive into a parked vehicle.\u00a0Only minor damage occurred to both vehicles. Officers were dispatched to Shakers Party Store regarding shoplifting caught on\u00a0surveillance cameras. The juvenile male on the video was identified and his mother was\u00a0notified. The matter has been turned over to the Prosecutors Office for review. Officers assisted the Michigan State Police with an accident on 225th Avenue near 4 Mile Road,\u00a0in which a car struck a tree. The driver was believed to be suffering from medical\u00a0problems. Officers responded to an alarm activation at a local business. It was determined to be a\u00a0false alarm. 6\/16 Officers received a complaint of Criminal Sexual Conduct. The matter was\u00a0determined to have occurred outside of the county and was turned over to the proper\u00a0authorities. Officers responded to the activation of a motion alarm. Officers found the local business\u00a0to be secure and noted that in the past the alarm appeared to have been activated by bats\u00a0flying around inside the building. Officers received a complaint from a local business regarding an on going situation with\u00a0the behavior of a disorderly 20-year-old male during the late hours. A no trespassing\u00a0order was served on the male without incident. 6\/17 Officers responded to a call regarding a complaint of two juvenile runaways.\u00a0The two juveniles were found a short time later and returned to their father. Officers performed property inspections and found two residences in violation of the City\u00a0Ordinance code 674.02 (tall grass), attempts were made to locate the owners at each\u00a0residence without success. Therefore the appropriate abatement paper work will be\u00a0served. Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident on West Church and South Higbee streets. No\u00a0injuries were reported and only minor damage to the vehicles. 6\/18 Officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in reference to two females\u00a0arguing over the ownership of a vehicle. The vehicle in question had been sold to one of\u00a0the individuals involved, yet no payment had been made. The vehicle was still registered\u00a0and insured by the other individual who also still held the title. The matter was resolved\u00a0without further incident. Officers were requested to assist the Osceola County Sheriff's Department with a domestic\u00a0assault in Evart. Officers assisted without incident. Officers were requested to conduct a joint investigation with Child Protective Services in\u00a0reference to an accusation of Criminal Sexual Conduct involving a juvenile. The matter is\u00a0under investigation. Officers were dispatched to 2-car property damage accident at Church and Roth streets. No\u00a0injuries were reported. One driver was cited for failure to stop at an assured clear\u00a0distance. Officers were dispatched to a local residence regarding the distribution of alcohol and\u00a0prescription medication to a minor. The matter is under investigation. 6\/19 Officers were dispatched to an apartment complex regarding a hit-and-run\u00a0motor vehicle accident involving a parked car. Only minor damage occurred and the\u00a0matter is under investigation. Officers were dispatched to a residence in for a civil dispute. The matter was resolved\u00a0without incident. Officers were requested to assist the Michigan State Police on a traffic stop, with scene\u00a0security while the trooper performed a vehicle search. 6\/20 Officers were dispatched to the Community Mental Health parking lot to\u00a0perform a well-being check on an individual who had called about possible treatment. Upon\u00a0officers' arrival, no one was located. 6\/21 Officers were dispatched to local business regarding suspicious activity and an\u00a0attempted breaking and entering of a storage shed. The suspect had been spotted by the\u00a0caller and fled on foot prior to officers being called. The matter is under investigation. While performing a traffic stop, officers found marijuana in the vehicle. The 17 and 18-year-old males were arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail for possession of\u00a0marijuana.
