She was arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. 4\/11 Officers responded to a burglar alarm at a local business. It was found to be operator\u00a0error. Officers responded to a burglar alarm at another local business. It was found to be malfunctioning\u00a0equipment. Officers stopped a vehicle for defective equipment. The driver was found to be operating in\u00a0violation of license restrictions. The 28-year-old male was released with a appearance citation. 4\/12 Officers stopped a vehicle for running a stop sign. The 53-year-old female driver was\u00a0found to be operating without a driver's license in her possession. She was released with an\u00a0appearance citation. Officers assisted Michigan State Police from the Hart post at the hospital with an individual who\u00a0was in custody and being treated. Officers picked up a 66-year-old male from Mason County Jail where he was being held on an\u00a0outstanding warrant. The male was lodged at the Osceola County Jail without incident. Evart 4\/3 An officer assisted the Osceola County Sheriff's department with a complaint. An officer handled a property damage accident. No injuries were reported. 4\/6 An officer handled a disturbance at the department. The subject was transported for a mental health evaluation. An officer was dispatched to a civil complaint over money. The subjects were able to come to a mutual agreement. An officer was dispatched to a property dispute. The officer stood by until the parties reached a mutual agreement. An officer assisted a subject with lost property that was returned the following day. An officer took a larceny of a cell phone report. 4\/07 An officer was dispatched to a trespassing complaint. Responding officer met with the complainant who reported a subject had attempted to remove pop bottles from his residence. 4\/08 An officer handled a malicious destruction of property complaint. The subject came home from work and observed had spray painted their vehicle. The complaint is open at this time.
