EVART June 12 to June 18 June 12 Officers were called to a dispute among family members. June 14 Officers were dispatched to conduct an area check. The scene was clear upon arrival. Officers were called to investigate a private property damage accident. June 15 Officers were called to a complaint of marijuana being found in a local business. The case remains open at this time. Officers were called to investigate a theft. The property was recovered by the owner. While investigating the above stated theft complaint, officers made contact with a subject who was in violation of a no-contact order. The subject was arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail, where they were lodged on the violation. Officers were called to a complaint of an incident between family members involving an automobile. June 16 Officers were dispatched to a domestic violence complaint. It was determined to only be a verbal argument and the participants were not in need of any services. June 17 Officers were dispatch to a complaint of a loose dog. The dog was retrieved by its owner. Officers were dispatched to assist the Osceola County Sheriff's Department with a drowning victim. Officers were dispatched to a complaint of a disorderly subject. The case remains open at this time. While on patrol officers, made contact with a subject with an outstanding warrant.\u00a0 The subject was able to pay their bond to in lieu of going to jail. June 18 Officers were called to assist with civil dispute over child custody. Officers were dispatched to assist EMS with a medical call. Officers were called to a report of a stolen vehicle at a local business. The vehicle was later recovered but the case remains open at this time.
