The 77th District Court — Osceola County

REED CITY — These cases were heard on March 11 in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases are not reported.

● Miguel Angel Montalvo III, 27, of Wellston, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with two days credit and will be on probation for one year.

● Allen Eugene Burr, 63, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to a second offense of drunken driving. He served 28 days in jail. He will be on probation for 18 months and must attend Alcoholics Anonymous weekly.

● Melissa Ann Welch, 46, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to assault and battery. She was sentenced to one year probation and 40 hours of community service. She also must complete anger management classes.

● Chad Michael Huss, 26, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to larceny of less than $200. He served 17 days in jail. He will be on probation for one year and must complete an economic crime program. He also pleaded guilty to a second offense of drunken driving, for which he will serve 30 days on tether and be on probation for 18 months. He was ordered to complete outpatient rehabilitation.

● Ramon Lee Gifford Jr., 35, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to assault and battery. He was sentenced to time served, but he will be on probation for one year and must complete anger management classes.

● Sherrie Diane Weaver, 51,of Reed City, pleaded guilty to drunken driving. She was sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit, but was given the option to complete 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail time. She will be on probation for one year and must complete outpatient rehabilitation.

● Andrew Tordy Humphreys, 35, of Taylor, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of possession of marijuana. His jail time is held in abeyance as long as he successfully complete his one-year probation term. His license will be suspended for 60 days and restricted for 305 days.

● Steven Everett Troupe, 42, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to larceny of less than $200 of gas from Wesco. He was sentenced to time served, but he will be on probation for one year. He was ordered to pay $20 in restitution to Wesco.

● Jessie Lee-Eric Vanderlinde, 32, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to a second offense of domestic violence. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with five days credit. He will be on probation for 18 months and must complete Alternatives to Violence classes.

● Lance W. Spinner, 41, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to resist or obstruct an officer and one count of trespassing. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail with 15 days credit.

● Timothy James Lewis, 25, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of assault and battery and was sentenced to time served.

● Timothy Joseph Steinbach, 49, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. His sentence is held in abeyance.
