Aemisegger faces up to 15 years in prison
REED CITY — A Reed City man is facing multiple felony charges stemming from an incident in August where he is accused of assaulting a female victim with a BB gun.
On Friday, Sept. 16, Quinton Taylor Aemisegger, 19, was arraigned in Osceola County’s 77th District Court on one count of unlawful imprisonment, one count of assault by strangulation, one count of felonious assault, one count of felony firearm and one count of interfering with an electronic communication device causing injury or death.
According to court documents, the incident allegedly took place on or around Aug. 26, in Reed City. The charges state the weapon used in the offenses was a BB gun.
Unlawful imprisonment carries a maximum penalty of up to 15 years in prison.
Bond for Aemisegger was set at $500,000. He has a preliminary examination scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6, in Osceola County’s 77th District Court.
