Hans passed away April 29, 2012 at Metro Health Hospital in Wyoming, Mich. He was born Oct. 2, 1935 in Hamburg, Germany, to Oskar and Erika Pinagel, who preceded him in death as did his brother, Bernd. He served on the board of directors at Eagle Village in Hersey for 10 years and for many years was active in the Reed City Rotary Club as their Youth Exchanger Officer. He ran an aluminum manufacturing plant in Reed City known as ALU-FAB Corp. for 15 years. He is survived by his wife Betty, their four children, Dick and wife Karen of Holly, Sherry Grant of Evart, Stratt of Fayetteville, Ark., and Erica and husband Fausto of Belmont and six grandchildren \u2013 Garrett, Brock, Carmen, Sydney, Talos and Ayla. It was once written that God is impossible to satisfy but easy to please. We hope that he will be pleased with this good man whom we loved so deeply.
