PHOENIX, Ariz. — Jack Lee Jeffrey Jr., 39, of Phoenix, Ariz., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at the home of his mother in Laughlin, Nev.

Jack was born on Sept. 30, 1975, in Reed City, to Jack Jeffrey Sr. and Rhonda Bennett. He graduated from Evart High School in 1994. Jack moved to Phoenix in the fall of 2002, where he met his wife, Jami Vernier, and was married on Oct. 31, 2009. Together they had two children. Jack’s joy in life was his family and friends. He also had a big passion for basketball, hunting, fishing, music, video games and food.

Jack is survived by his wife, Jamie; children, Aiden and Brooklyn Jeffrey; his mother, Rhonda Bennett; father and step-mother, Jack and PJ Jeffrey; sisters, Katie Jeffrey and Patricia (Joshua) Warren; step-brother, Gary (Whitney) Montague; and his three nieces and four nephews.

Funeral services for Jack Lee Jeffrey Jr. are at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct.31, 2014, at the Corey Funeral Home in Evart, with Pastor Bryan Kilpatrick officiating. Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, at the funeral home.
