PARIS — Gerald W. “Jerry” Fulmerhouser Jr., 66, of Paris, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at Spectrum Health – Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids.

He was born on May 26, 1947, in Reed City to Gerald W. and Catherine (Thayer) Fulmerhouser and attended Reed City schools. He was a lifetime resident of the Reed City and Paris areas.

He married Debra Donley in 1982. Jerry worked as a truck driver and was a member of the teamsters. He enjoyed CB radio, woodworking and cruises.

Surviving are his wife, Debra; his son, Jeff, of LeRoy; his mother, Catherine; one sister, Wanda (Michael) Moore, of Kissimmee, Fla.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Preceding Jerry in death were his father, Gerald, Sr.; son, Richard; two brothers, Frank and Dale; one sister, Mae; and the mother of his children, Connie Stevens.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2013, at St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Dawn Pooley officiating. Burial was in Hersey Village Cemetery. Visitation was from 10 a.m. until the time of services at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
