Coyote Color Run fundraiser takes place Aug. 18

PTO event supports field trips, assemblies and other school programs

REED CITY — The GT Norman PTO Coyote Color Run takes off at 6 p.m. Aug. 18, from the Reed City Depot.

Raising money for school trips, assemblies, and other programs is the main goal of the run.

During the race, participants are doused with various colors at certain stations. At the end, there’s a final color celebration.

Check-in is from 5:15-5:45 p.m.

Anyone can participate, and registration is $20. Registration includes run/walk registration, one individual color packet for the celebration, and a Coyote Color Run T-shirt. T-shirts and color packets are limited.

Students who wish to raise funds for this event should sign up for the race. As part of the registration process, you will be offered the chance to "Become a Student Fundraiser."

Students who raise at least $20 may be elected to receive a refund for their registration fee. Once a Student Fundraiser account is created, you will have a customized website link that you can share with friends, family and social media.

The student with the most money collected in pledges will win a family four pack of Craig’s Cruisers 3 Hour Food and Fun Wristbands.

Each student that raises pledges will be entered in a raffle to win other great prizes.
