CADILLAC — Carol E. Krach, 84, of Cadillac, passed away on Saturday evening, Aug. 29, 2015, at the Lakeview Lutheran Manor.

Carol was born on Nov. 30, 1930, in Saginaw, to Waldo and Adelia (Johnson) Losch, and they preceded her in death. She attended Central Michigan University and worked at Makrianis Real Estate in Saginaw for many years. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Cadillac. Carol enjoyed knitting and playing golf.

On June 8, 1957, in Saginaw, she married George M. Krach, Jr. and he survives her along with their sons, the Rev. James (Jennifer) Krach, of Gladwin and David (Sue) Krach, of Texas; and five grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Abby, Alex and Desiree.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gary Krach, in 2007; and a sister, Barbara.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Cadillac, with the Rev. Joel Hess officiating. Friends may meet the family from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac. Her final resting place will be Holy Cross Cemetery in Saginaw.
