EVART \u2014 Evart lost to Farwell, but defeated Montabella in nonleague girls volleyball action on Wednesday. Both matches were 2-0. \u201cI thought we did good,\u201d Wildcat senior McKenzie Kimball said. \u201cAgainst Montabella, we were much more excited and into it and talking and everything. We had a lot going all-around. Our passing was good and we had some blocks.\u201d Kimball had seven kills, five assists against Montabella. Kaylee Ladd had six aces in the first game and served 10 in a row. Kara Henry had three blocks in the 25-18, 25-13 win over Montabella. Against Farwell, the Wildcats lost 25-22, 25-14. Kimball had four kills and three blocks. Henry had six kills and five blocks. \u201cThe girls played hard the first game,\u201d Nostrant said. \u201cThe second game they also played hard.
