REED CITY — Students at Trinity Lutheran School of Reed City are celebrating National Reading Month.

There are several events slated throughout March stressing the importance of reading, and students and staff helped decorate the school and church with a "camp" theme.

On Tuesday, students dressed up as their favorite book characters.

Other reading events included Flashlight Friday, where students brought in flashlights to read in dark places, to Relax and Read, where kids wear pajamas to school and snuggle up with a good book.
