TransCanada testing along Northland Drive

TESTING IN PROGRESS: TransCanada, a North American energy company, is working along Northland Drive near the Mecosta and Osceola County border conducting a test involving water pressure in sections of the pipeline through a process called "hydrostatic testing." The test allows the ANR Pipeline Company to validate the safe operating pressure of the pipeline, according to Jenna Palfrey, senior communications specialist for TransCanada. The activity is expected to continue through November and local residents who have questions are encouraged to call (855) 895-8754. (Herald Review photo/Justin McKee)
