REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 49th Circuit Court. Not all cases are reported.

Two other charges — second-degree home invasion with the intent to commit animal cruelty and arson of bedspread worth less than $200 — were dismissed, as was a habitual offender notice. Reedy was given a one-year delay of sentence. If successful in the delay, the charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor.
  • Nathan Robert Compoe, 23, of Evart, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny. He was given a one-year delay. If successful in the delay, the charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor.
