REED CITY – The Crossroads Festival Fourth Annual Teen Talent Show is once again looking for teen contestants to impress judges with their talents.

This event is sponsored and hosted by the Mecosta/Osceola Coalition for Underage Drinking - a local organization focusing on reducing underage drinking, drunk driving and the abuse of prescription meds.

The talent show is open to teens 13 thru 19 and provides an opportunity to have fun showcasing their talents in a drug free environment.

Last year’s show was full of musical performances, singing and dance.

The teen talent show will be on Friday August 12, at 7 p.m. at the Reed City High School cafeteria.

Judging for the event is done by panel of community members. First place prize is $100, second place is $75 and third place is $50.

Organizers hope teens will join the fun.

Registration forms are available at the Reed City Depot and need to be returned complete with parent signature to Kim Livingston at the Ten Sixteen Recovery Network by Aug 1.
