REED CITY — Christmas Craft Day at the Reed City Public Library offered a lot of fun Saturday (Dec. 17) for children from tiny tykes as young as two years, up to 10. Parents and grandparents insisted they were “helping,” but admitted they were having a good deal of fun as they did so.

There were all sorts of projects ranging from bead work to cookie decorating. The latter activity included some taste testing as well.

In addition to those activities, children were able to make gifts and even design their own special ornament. Two sessions were offered.

The library will be closed Dec. 23, 24 and 31, along with, of course, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day which actually fall on Sundays.
