REED CITY - The pace is going to be a hectic one on the ballfields over the next week in Reed City and elsewhere, as area youngsters compete in Little League All Star action.

The first game is tonight (Wednesday, July 6) at 6:30 p.m. against White Lake at Reed City’s Roth Street Park, south field.

Then on Thursday, July 7, Reeths Puffer will host a game against Reed City at 6:30 p.m.

Friday, July 8, the TriCities North team will be in Reed City for a game at 6:30 p.m. on the Roth Street south field, and on Saturday, July 9, Big Rapids will be here for a game at the same location. That game, however starts at 1 p.m.

In addition to the Little League All Star games, the local league will host a championship game for the 11/12-year-old division at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 11 at the Roth Street Field.

There will be similar championship action on Wednesday July 13, for the 9/10-year-old division at Roth Street. That game also is at 6:30 p.m.
