Pine River High School to host electronic recycling days Oct. 30 to Nov. 1

LEROY — To encourage community recycling, Pine River High School will offer an electronic waste recycling event from Oct. 30 to Nov. 1.

Individuals can bring in technological equipment they no longer want such as printers, keyboards, mice and monitors, computers, harddrives and external disks, projectors, televisions, satelite dishes, phones, fax and answering machines, copiers, radios, stereos, speakers, cameras, calculators, batteries, Ipods, MP3 players, CD players, gaming systems, DVD players, VCRs, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, modems, ink toner cartridges, electric power tools, power cords, cables, wires, vacuums, microwaves and medical equipment.

Items should be dropped off at the school, located at 17445 Pine River rd. in LeRoy, during school hours. No light bulbs, refrigerators, air conditioners or large appliances can be accepted. For more information, call the school at (231) 829-3841.
