REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Eric Alan Patykowski, 25, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to six months of probation. He must perform 56 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Richard Stephen Wells, 60, of Sears, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
  • James Leroy Bechtol II, 47, of Evart, pleaded guilty to drunk disorderly person. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Dewayne Tyree Jackson,  58, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Patrick James Johnson, 56, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to allowing a person with a suspended license to drive. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • William Frederick Colberg, 39, of Luther, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is sentenced to time served. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Trinity Jack Erwin, 28, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to failure to present license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Steven Grant Gatrell, 28, of Paris, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without insurance and one count of improper use of a license plate. He must complete 24 hours of community service.
  • Nicholas Bradford Reid, 27, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to complete 24 hours of community service.
  • Clifford Lawrence Kaja, 32, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to failure to transfer plates. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Cheryl Doreen Hunter, 55, of Evart, pleaded guilty to improper transport of medical marijuana. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Katherine Lalanie Cervantes, 31, of Hersey, was convicted of one count of no proof of insurance and one count of expired plates. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Daniel Dean Dennis, 40, of Marion, pleaded guilty to operating under the influence with an occupant younger than 16 in the vehicle. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with one day credit. Thirty days of jail were suspended.
  • Thomas James Smith, 53, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to two counts of illegal taking of a deer. He is sentenced to 10 days in jail. Jail is suspended. His hunting privileges are revoked for the remainder of 2016 and the next three years.
  • Justin Robert Spierling, 32, of Lake City, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of operating without insurance. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for two years. The vehicle use in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited. He must complete 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days plus completion of Impact weekend.
  • Paul Curtis Young, 25, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to 10 days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform 80 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
