REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Levi Dean Erbes, 24, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. He must complete 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Nathan David Tewsley, 28, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Mary Ann Knapp, 55, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating with a high blood alcohol content. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on a SCRAM tether for 60 days. She will be on probation for 18 months. She must pay restitution of $100.
  • Tammy Marie Ralston, 50, of Owosso, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. She is sentenced to five days in jail. She is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for six months. She must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Angell Marie Green, 30, of Clare, pleaded guilty to improper transportation of medical marijuana. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Matthew Edward Radler, 29, of Royal Oak, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to five days in jail. He is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must pay restitution of $100.
  • Alison Casey Erdelyi, 17, of Sidney, pleaded to assault. She is sentenced to 93 days in jail with three days credit. Jail is held in abeyance. She must complete anger management counseling. She will be on probation for one year.
  • Sydney Irene Madden, 53, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to third-degree retail fraud. She is sentenced to 60 days in jail with one day credit. Jail is held in abeyance. She must perform 80 hours of community service as part of her sentence. She will be on probation for six months. She must complete the economic crime program.
  • Terrin Elizabeth Kitchens, 25, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs. She must complete 20 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Kenneth James Karns, 25, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. He must complete 16 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will  be on probation for one year. He must pay restitution of $100.
  • Zachery Dwayne Mower, 19, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • David Lee VanRoekel, 29, of Reed City, pleaded no contest to malicious destruction of property. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for 18 months. He must pay restitution of $550. He must complete anger management counseling.
  • Devin Scott-Mullins Fenton, 17, of Sears, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the economic crime program.
  • Frederick Arthur Biery II, 43, of Evart, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to 80 days in jail with 16 days credit. Jail is held in abeyance. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete alternatives to violence classes. He will be on GPS monitoring for 30 days.
  • Anthony Wallace Robinette, 33, of Redford, pleaded guilty to allowing an unlicensed person to drive. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
